Because when you’re a high-achiever who wants to live beyond the status quo, you want the best, you want it all and you go big.

I tip my hat to my sexology qualification for showing me the breadth of human experience under the umbrella of public health, but it left me wanting more in the way of

PLEASURE

Because isn’t pleasure the point of sex – and the main reason people do it?

What seemed like a basic question took me on a rich path of exploring my sexual power and prowess in real time. Yes, there were books (a lot of them), but most of the work I did to feel sexually liberated was hands-on, in-the-flesh bodywork – first as a client, later as a certified sexological bodyworker.

And just like now, bodywork and consensual, learning-based sexual exploration was taboo. Misunderstood. Censored.

I found myself inhabiting the ultimate paradox – having to stay caged about the very approaches, techniques, and interventions that set me free.

So I thought: there must be a middle path to erotic freedom for women. A way of offering both the depth of embodiment (bottom-up) and the revelations of talk therapy (top-down). And I knew that it was on me to make it manifest.

That’s how I turned my love of women’s personal erotic experiences and most private admissions into a proven psychosomatic framework that activates clients to lock in their power, magnetism, and pleasure – in and out of the bedroom.

It started with my much-loved book Permission: Personal Liberation for Switched-On Women, flowed into my podcasts The Secrets Women Keep and White Hot Business, and today culminates in a methodology I call Erotic Alchemy.

It’s taken years – navigating motherhood, modern marriage, autoimmune issues, running a business, and coming out publicly as bisexual – but Erotic Alchemy landed. And it did so in the most organic way: while I was transmuting a highly charged emotion in record time, clearing the space to step into a deeply satisfying sexual tryst.
