You need a little dose of what we do in sessions but you feel a bit lost doing it on your own. Never fear - I got you and the anxiety covered. 

This is a page that is exclusively for my clients so that you can tap into the different versions of our anchoring in on your own time. 

As you know, I like the terms active meditation or anchoring in over just meditation because it seems that we all value a little something to do during our meditation but we don't want to do too much because then, hey, it feels like work!



This is very similar to our anchoring in that we do in session 2 with a focus on the heart + womb connection. It is very gentle, introductory and has a focus on feeling safe through down-regulation.
