Sexosophy’s use of ACT encourages you to accept your thoughts and feelings so that you can take effective action in a way that you are fully present and engaged with current and future possibilities. Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) concepts are drawn upon both within and outside of Sexosophy coaching sessions to provide clarity and shed light on issues that can be difficult to overcome alone.
