Today's video has been designed to help you to take action when you are in the midst of a libido block that is causing serious avoidance or anxiety.

It is a down-regulating breath designed to take you from stress and overwhelm into a state of receptivity or, in many instances, from up in your head to down in your body.

This is an important step I call anchoring in. It's very difficult to feel sexual arousal and pleasure if your body is interpreting everything as a threat to your safety. 

Let your body know it is safe by holding it, having your feet on the floor or the bed and breathing right down into your pelvis.
