ORGASM: A good sex muscle can help

We ALL have a sex muscle and we need to work it.

“What?” you say.

Yes, a sex muscle.

Our Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle saddles our pelvic floor and is responsible for urine flow, enhancing orgasm and sexual pleasure and supporting women’s internal sexual anatomy (especially during pregnancy). The eastern world has known for years that our sex muscle can mean improved sexual functioning and health. To find your PC muscle, try stopping and starting the flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. That is your PC muscle in operation. In short, once you know how to squeeze the PC muscle, try contracting and releasing it with your breath whenever you can. Remember, no one will know you are doing PC exercises so get to it and notice its flow on effect to prolonged satisfaction in the bedroom.
